Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment with care to ensure your sauces arrive in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping

Currently, Bambinistro ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or local pickups at this time. Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes is supported.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping charges apply regardless of order total.
  • All prices are final at checkout; there are no hidden fees or taxes applied at shipment within the U.S.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bambinistro.com before your order ships.
  • Damaged or lost items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please note that opened or partially used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
